Former CNN and ESPN sports broadcaster, Bob has dedicated himself to using his golf record-setting feats as methods of fundraising for over 15 years. He started Ministries to Children to help children in need and to prevent families from experiencing homelessness.
Peggy Gascon- Kurtz
MTC Board Member
Peggy has been a successful realtor in Phoenix-Scottsdale for many years. She also mentors women and has been an active and important part of Ministries to Children since she and Bob Kurtz married in Dec., 2019.
Suzanne Klapp
MTC Board Member
Former City of Scottsdale Councilwoman focused on applying business experience to community leadership, politics and public policy. Her goals are to help improve her community through private and public service.
Karen Hassell
MTC Board Member & Secretary
Karen has been the secretary of Ministries to Children since the charity's founding in 2010. She is currently the administrative assistant of S. John's Evangelical Protestant Church in Cullman, Alabama.

Marshall is a lifetime PGA member and served 27 years as head professional of High Ridge CC in Palm Beach, Florida. Marshall has been a Faithful supporter of MTC since 2010.
Ron Ricci
MTC Board Member & Treasurer
Ron is an accomplished golfer and professional photographer. He became active in the work of Ministries to Children through his friendship with MTC founder Bob Kurtz.
Tom Lehman
MTC Advisory Board Member
Tom was the 1996 British Open Champion and is the only golfer in history to be named Player Of The Year on 3 different professional tours. MTC Executive Director Bob Kurtz and Tom have been friends for more than 40 years.

Danny Edwards is a PGA Tour and Champions Tour golfer who was named as one of the Top 100 golfers of all time. Bob Kurtz and Danny have been friends for years and competed often together.

Wally Armstrong competed in more than 300 PGA Tour events, including numerous US & British Opens, Masters, PGA and Tournament Player's Championships. He is a Lifetime Member of the PGA Tour

Ministries to Children Inc. believes that cooperation is vital in addressing the overwhelming challenges of child neglect and family homelessness. Over the years MTC has worked with and contributed to other effective ministries, charities and organizations.
Provides services to those experiencing homlessness which include direct shelter, long-term housing and rent/utility assistance. They offer early childhood and adult education educational services as well as foster care.
Help families with children who are experiencing homelessness for the first time. They prevent homelessness through rental assistance, provide emergency shelter and teach tools for successful employment.
Kenya Relief operates a 60-acre campus in Southwest Kenya that includes a medical/surgical clinic, an orphanage and a school.
A community where people who have Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities discover their own value and talents, and share their gifts with others.
Brooks Place provides the children of Cullman City, AL a safe, private and child-friendly space to open up freely concerning their physical abuse and/or sexual assault.
Curt's Closet believes that providing children in need with free clean, in style clothing is a great start to provide confidence they need.
Services are provided for runaway and homeless youth as well as those at risk of running away, by offering temporary emergency shelter, food, clothing, counsling and case managment.
Provide councsling and crisis intervention to those suffering sexual assult and trauma. Growing Strong is a rape crisis center in Decatur, Illinoise. They provide healing services to survivors of sexual violence and their family members
Victim Services provides crisis response, recovery and prevention programs for families impacted by violence.
